Our Basic venue package is just that - our beautiful venue with

our in-house amenities 

 

All of our wedding packages include the following:


 
  • “Get your Glam on” as early as 8 AM with a Full Day access to our nine-acre estate on the day of the wedding (10 pm event end).

  • Loft for Girls to Ready: makeup stations, natural light, stock mini-kitchen, flat-screen tv, hooks, Wi-Fi, modern furnishings, temperature controlled

  • Masculine den equipped with a flat-screen TV, hunting lodge-style furnishings, pool table, fride, tailgate bar and more games

  • Indoor ceremony at our historic hayloft wedding chapel (outdoor ceremony options available)

  • Ceremony seating in our vintage church pews

  • Custom Bar Taps with HH Logo

  • Indoor + outdoor access for ceremony + reception + cocktail hour and photos

  • Vintage tractors original to the property available for photo ops

  • Gazebo with chandelier in our tranquil lily pad pond

  • Plenty of parking, handicap drop off

    ** Liquor and ABC permit must be obtained by the couple.

  • On-site prep kitchen equipped with workable counter space, hand wash sink, and three-compartment sink and commercial dishwasher 

  • Complimentary set-up of the HH inventory (excluding vintage china)

  • Up to 15 60” round dining tables  *table linens and napkins are not included in the venue only package

  • Up to 150 X Cross back dining chairs (wooden)…we do all the set up and tear down!

  • 3 hand-made wooden Farm tables for dining or food service



  • Dedicated on-site parking attendant.

  • Dedicated venue manager for all customer service and/or maintenance requests.

  • Complimentary trash and recycling removal.

  • UTV available for transporting couple to various photo opportunity spots

  • Illuminated Stone bar area with a large chalkboard 

  • Vintage mis-matched China (dinner plates, small plates and silverware)

  • Linen + napkins are not included….but we will help you source it!

  • Glassware is included: pints, stemless wine and beverage goblets

  • No hidden fees! If you select to upgrade something, we’ll make it happen. Otherwise we like to keep it simple and allow you to treat out space as blank canvas. 

  • Other helpful amenities: Pet friendly, All grounds are ADA accessible, Family-owned and operated

  • Venue Attendant present on wedding day for maintenance request

  • We require you to use from our top caterers

  • 3 tall cocktail tables, cupcake wall

  • Candle packages available + Vintage rugs for the chapel for an additional fee ($100 each) + Smores package ($100)

  • 3 alter arbors of your choice: large wooden cross + boho triangle arbor + traditional squared arbor +fabric draping available (no additional fee)

  • NO RAIN plan needed

  • Event Insurance required: cost is ~$240 and obtained through Nuptial.
